The latest MR-04 chassis, boasting high performance, is finally available in the basic Mini-Z RWD model!

The appeal of Kyosho’s ready-to-run sets is that you can immediately enjoy driving a full-fledged R/C car simply by opening the package and inserting the battery into the car body and transmitter. Among them, the small-scale Mini-Z Racer is ideal for people with little experience in R/C cars, thanks to its ease of use, which allows it to be driven indoors. The Mini-Z RWD, a ready-to-run set with a rear 2WD chassis that could be called the core model of the Mini-Z Racer, is being renewed with a new chassis! Until now, the ready-to-run sets have used the third-generation MR-03 chassis of the rear 2WD Mini-Z Racer, but this renewal will be based on the fourth-generation MR-04 chassis that debuted in 2023. While inheriting the basic design of the MR-03, the MR-04 has evolved significantly through a lower center of gravity and redesigned steering, and it debuted in the Mini-Z’s top-of-the-line model, the EVO2, showcasing overwhelming speed and excellent handling. This MR-04 chassis is equipped with an R/C unit for ready-to-run sets and combined with a pre-assembled body of a quality comparable to display models. Even with the Ready-to-Run set, there are no changes to the materials of the chassis, maintaining the same high-end quality. The motor is an easy-to-handle 130-class brushed motor, and the transmitter is the popular steering wheel & gun-grip type Syncro KT-531P, ensuring excellent reliability. Simply install four AAA alkaline batteries in the chassis and transmitter, and it’s ready to run. Not only can you enjoy driving it in its standard form, but with the wide range of Mini-Z option parts available, you can create a machine that can compete at the highest level in races. The Mini-Z RWD, which can be enjoyed for driving, tuning, and even as a display piece, invites owners to a higher level of authentic R/C car experience with its renewed MR-04 chassis.
